Anchor Bay Specialties is a rapid prototyping and low volume production shop specializing in the manufacture of wooden and molded plastic accessories for sailboats.  Our fully outfitted facility can produce one or hundreds of unique products. 

Adapting Current products - The LuffLight flashlight bracket is available in standard sizes but can be modified to fit a variety of needs. The Mast Pods grew out of a special need to cleanly and easily mount Raytheon instruments but the manufacturing process permits many styles to be produced to accommodate a variety of instrument formats.

Rapid Prototyping - The vacuum forming process used for most of our products is highly flexible and lends itself to rapid development and low volume manufacture. Tooling is simple and first generation patterns are made from wood. Higher volumes generally necessitate more durable and stable plastic patterns which we fabricate in cast or machined polyurethane.
